Completely restored, serial number 70029

This Formula Vee has only had three Finnish owners, spent many years stored without competition use.

First owner:
Harry Nurminen owned it from new in 1971 until 1972. Rankings, 1971 SM 17 & 1972 SM 4.
Harry competed in the Formula Vee class until 1980. In 1973 he came 3rd in the SM series when Keke Rosberg won, and in 1974 he was the Finnish champion when Keke Rosberg was 2nd. He always drove a Veemax car renewed by (old Kaiman) Max Johansson, except for the last two cooling years of his career. Around 6-7 Veemax cars have gone through his ownership.

Second owner:
Arto Kalliolahti owned it from 1973-2020. Its last race was in 1988, after that it was stored until 2020.

Third and current owner:
Jari Nurminen (son of first owner). Jari purchased this Formula Vee as his father owned it originally, he didn’t purchase it to compete in but to restore back it its forma glory.
The restoration was completed this year, it has been completely rebuilt to its original condition. It was completely disassembled the rebuilt, the rebuilt was carried out with either new or repaired parts. As you will see in the photos, it is a quality restoration.
